As we see the new wave of vehicles in the EV market trending there are some major concerns.

Beware that some parking lots are refusing to allow you to park an EV vehicle on their lot. 

Why? Batteries are starting on fire and the process of extinguishing the fires is impossible.

Special training and equipment is needed to put out the fires. Accidents are also being handled with care in regards to the EV vehicles.
