Had a great experience at Closs, took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment. Very professional and friendly staff, they do ask that you drop off your vehicle which is understandable. My car runs a lot better now, I definitely would recommend bringing your vehicle.

I have been going to this shop for about 2 years now. Every time I have low pressure on my tires, oil changes, or any other service needed. They are always very welcoming and answer any questions I have. The best thing about them though, is they will let u know ahead of time of anything your vehicle may need, and they’ll tell you whether it’s urgent or you still have time. I love it because it gives me time to save $ for any repairs. I recommend them to anybody!

About 10 years ago, my van had needed a new belt, I brought it in and since that day I have seen them for all my repairs. I feel safe they are doing the repair well. They always tell me if I need something else, or if something is starting to wear out, they tell me about how many more miles it should last. Their estimates and costs have always been fair. I trust them and feel they are an honest shop. It’s nice to have a go to shop that I trust.

They were fast and communicated the entire process. The service manager Shawn was awesome!! The technician Brain was so detailed it was scary!! I guess that’s why this place has been around for so long. I will only bring my vehicle here from now on. Oh and they were not expensive!!
